Our offerings encompass certifications and courses in BLS, ACLS, PALS, HeartSaver/First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Moreover, we take pride in offering the convenience of a Texas Notary Public proficient in conducting remote online and in-person notary services. For added flexibility, our team is available for on-site visits, accommodating after-hours, weekend, and emergency service requests for a nominal fee.

Brian Vilayvanh, MSN, RN, CEN, CCRN, TCRN, AMB-BC, NE-BC, NHDP-BC, CA-PHN, LP/NRP

CEO-President & Founder

Strategic planner and hands-on organizer Brian Vilayvanh, our CEO-President & Founder of LoneStar HealthEduNurse Consulting PLLC, is a registered nurse (RN) and paramedic (EMT-P) who applies his considerable problem-solving skills to healthcare. He has devoted his professional career to improving healthcare organizations and individuals.

He is well-versed in today's rapidly changing challenges for clinicians, providers, and healthcare practices. He understands that success requires a high-performance plan that allows medical organizations and clinicians to stay current, navigate change, and prosper.

Brian's operational know-how springs from over a decade of diverse healthcare industry experiences ranging from EMS, Nursing, Advanced Practice, Leadership, Practice Management, Education, and Clinical Research to lead our firm.

Before launching LoneStar HealthEduNurse Consulting, PLLC, Brian worked in large and small healthcare organizations such as Baylor Scott & White Health, UT Southwestern Medical Center, Children's Health, Parkland Health, Texas Health Resources, and academic departments at Western Governors University, Dallas College, Texas Woman's University, and West Coast University-Texas.

He helped build the start-up OPAL Healthcare + Wellness, an APRN-owned and operated primary care clinic based in Dallas, TX. Before OPAL, Brian worked as an ER/Trauma nurse, rapid response/critical care nurse, EMS/Public Health nurse, research nurse, COVID-19 task force project manager, and managed the day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty charity medical center (Agape Clinic Dallas from 2013-2019).

Brian earned his undergraduate degrees from Dallas College (biological sciences & paramedicine) and Western Governors University (nursing) and a graduate degree in nursing leadership and management from Western Governors University. Brian is further pursuing his education to obtain dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP).

Nikia Jewitt, MSN, RNC-MNN, CPHQ

Director of Clinical Consulting- Healthcare IT/Informatics, Quality, Regulatory, Education, Women's Health, and Progressive Care.

Nikia Jewitt is our lead nurse consultant with over ten years of nursing experience in progressive care, mother-baby, quality and regulatory, and education. She has a proven track record of helping healthcare providers streamline their operations and improve their bottom line. Nikia is committed to providing his clients with practical and effective solutions that meet their unique needs.

Nikia earned her graduate degree in nursing informatics from Western Governors University.

Shanon Murphy, BSN, RN, EMT-P

Clinical Nurse Consultant- Emergency & Trauma Nursing, EMS, Occupational Health, and Public Health

Shanon Murphy is a registered nurse and paramedic with over 23 years of experience in various healthcare settings such as emergency nursing and trauma, EMS operations, occupational health, and public health. She deeply understands healthcare providers' unique challenges and is committed to helping her clients develop effective strategies that reach their target audience.

She earned her certificate in paramedicine from Tarrant County College and her undergraduate degree in nursing from Western Governors University. She is pursuing her graduate nursing leadership and management degree from Western Governors University.

Barbara Obot, MSN, RNC-MNN

Director of Education Conulting- Clinical Education & Healthcare Operations

Barbara Obot is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for nursing and education. Born in Nigeria, she embarked on her nursing journey over two decades ago and has since become a highly experienced Registered Nurse (RN). Barbara's career has been marked by a deep specialization in Women's Health and Obstetrics (OB), where her compassion and expertise have touched the lives of countless patients.

Barbara's commitment to the nursing profession extends beyond clinical practice. She has carved out a niche for herself in the realm of clinical education. As a clinical educator, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing by imparting her knowledge and skills to the next generation of healthcare professionals. Her dedication to teaching extends to her role as a skills lab instructor at a local nursing school, where she helps nursing students hone their clinical abilities.
